CoreBridge Intelligence

Terms of use

These terms set the rules for using corebridgeintelligence.com, the free dashboards and the Executive Edition. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Takes effect 6 October 2026

1.These terms are an agreement between you and CoreBridge Intelligence.

CoreBridge Intelligence is a business name of ACN 690 076 101 Pty Ltd (ABN 25 690 076 101), Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean that company. "You" means the person using the site, and where you use the Executive Edition through a seat, also the organisation that holds the licence.

If your organisation has signed a licence agreement or order form with us, that agreement wins where it differs from these terms.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

2.Anyone may use the free dashboards, on fair terms.

The public site and free dashboards need no sign-in. You may read them, use the figures in your own work and share charts, as long as you follow the sharing rules below.

You may not copy the dashboards’ data in bulk by automated means, or use the site in a way that slows it down for others. We limit how fast any one connection can make requests.

3.The Executive Edition is licensed to an organisation, one named person per seat.

We license the Executive Edition to an organisation, such as a university, for a set period and a set number of named seats. Each seat belongs to one named person. The organisation decides who holds its seats, within the number its licence allows.

A seat is personal. Do not share your sign-in, forward your sign-in links, or let anyone else use your seat. When a person leaves, the organisation can ask us to release the seat for someone else.

Access ends on the licence end date. It ends automatically, and we do not need to tell you first. To renew, contact us before the end date.

Prices, seat numbers and payment terms are set out in each organisation’s order form or licence agreement, not in these terms.

4.Trials are free and end by themselves, with nothing to cancel.

We may offer a free trial seat. The trial runs for the number of days we tell you, counted from your first sign-in. If you never sign in, the offer lapses after 30 days.

We do not take a card or other payment details for a trial. Nothing is charged, and a trial never turns into a paid subscription. When it ends, access stops.

5.Journalists can hold a free press seat under our editorial-use terms.

We offer free, named seats to working journalists for twelve months, subject to their newsroom’s policies. A press seat does not renew by itself and cannot be shared or transferred.

There is no expectation of coverage or favourable comment. Critical reporting never affects a press seat. A press seat is for journalism, not for consulting or commercial research.

The editorial-use terms we send with each press seat apply as well as these terms, and win where the two differ.

6.You may not resell, share or copy the Executive Edition.

Unless your licence agreement says otherwise, you must not:

  • resell, sublicense, rent or give access to anyone outside the seats your organisation holds;
  • share a sign-in or let one seat be used by several people;
  • scrape, bulk download or automate access to the Edition;
  • republish the Edition’s database, or a large part of it;
  • use the Edition to build or train a competing product or dataset, including an AI model;
  • try to get around our security, rate limits or access controls;
  • use the Edition for anything unlawful.

7.When you share a chart or figure, say where it came from.

You may use charts, figures and short extracts from the Edition or the free dashboards in reports, board papers, presentations and journalism. When you share one, include this line with it: Source: CoreBridge Intelligence.

Where a figure comes from a published source that we name, cite that source too. Keep our labels: a scenario is a modelled outcome, not a forecast, and a CoreBridge calculation is not a source’s own figure.

Some datasets carry their own licence terms. Those terms travel with the figures, and you must follow them.

8.Our figures come from public sources and are provided as is.

The figures come from public sources as published, and the source may have revised them since. The Executive Edition holds no organisation’s internal or confidential information.

We work hard to get figures right, and we show the source for each one. Even so, we do not promise that the content is complete, current or free of errors, or that it suits your purpose. Check important figures against the source before you rely on them. If you find an error, tell us and we will correct it.

Nothing on the site is financial, legal or other professional advice.

9.AI answers can be wrong, so we label them and you should check them.

The Ask box and Rosie use AI to write answers from the Edition’s figures. They are labelled as AI. AI can misread a question, get a figure wrong or state something with more confidence than it should. Check any answer against the figures and sources before you rely on it or repeat it.

Questions you type are sent to our AI provider to write the answer, as our privacy policy explains. Do not enter confidential or personal information.

We limit how many AI answers and papers each seat can ask for in a given period, to keep the service fair and running.

10.We own the Edition, and the public sources keep their rights.

We own the Executive Edition, the site, their design and software, and our own analysis, rankings, scenarios and writing, or we license them. Using the service does not transfer any of those rights to you, beyond the use these terms allow.

CoreBridge Advisory™ and CoreBridge Intelligence™ are trade marks we claim. They are not registered trade marks.

Data from public sources remains subject to its owners’ rights and licences.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve the service, without any obligation to you.

11.We may suspend access that breaks these terms.

We may suspend or end a seat if it is used in breach of these terms, if it is shared, or if its security is at risk. Where we can, we will tell the person and their organisation first. We may also change or withdraw parts of the service, and we will give licence holders reasonable notice of any change that matters to them.

12.Our liability is limited to the extent the law allows.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows:

  • we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity;
  • our total liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or A$100 if you paid nothing.

13.We may update these terms, and we will say when.

We will post any change on this page with a new date. If a change matters to organisations that hold a licence, we will tell them before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.

14.Victorian law governs these terms.

These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the courts of Victoria, and the courts that can hear appeals from them.
